As with all parrots, it is natural for them to "seek & destroy" anything and everything within
reach, and they will inevitably be chewing on the branches of any perch you may provide
them with. Those you that are familiar with "natural-wood" branches find, usually within a very
short period of time, that you are spending day after day vacuuming up what looks like
tooth-pics...and before you know it there are only bits and pieces of scrap-wood left for your
parrots to stand on. And, as you already know, the cost to replace these perches are
exorbitant to begin with.
However, the impervious materials used to create the orthopedically designed branches on
our unique gymnasiums, along with the three-stage molecular process they must go through
in order create the beautiful wood-grain appearance, renders these perches virtually
